Albuquerque to Amarillo

Our favorite place, the 6 hole golf course at Albuquerques's Hot Air Ballon Park.

The flags mean we paid and you can go around as many times as you like.
Sally got a little dizzy.

Yeah, uh the green is actually the other way, those flags are the chipping area.

The Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo Texas

There are these old cadillacs burried in the ground on the side of the freeway.  It is actually OK to paint them and some kids were there doing just that.  There were 6 inches of paint on each one.

I like this one honey, hope I don't get pulled over for speeding.

The wheels still spin but the rubber is like cement with paint.



Ahhh, the Amarillo Wal-mart, dinner and a walk to Big Lots. 
We aren't fancy but we sure have fun!   John has been seeing
billboards for miles about a "free" 72 oz steak (if you can eat it all)
Next time honey, I have your chicken w/gravy over noodles with
cream corn all ready.
