Bear Hollow

Megan's hangout several times each week, the free zoo of Athens.

This was at the first exhibit, everyone stayed on the paths and really watched where they were walking.

The Beavers!  They were so cute and busy, they  help the zoo keepers get all the leaves out of the pond.  Which reminds me, we are on episode 4 of "Leave it to Beaver".  We have the entire series and hope to watch it in chronilogical order during our trip.

Those male birds are the pretty ones, the pheasants tail feathers tell their age, one for each year.  That was very nice of God not to give us tail feathers, it would be hard to get all those in the motorhome.

Another puffed up male, he was really strutting his stuff.

Bob Cat.  Our cats name is Simba

Kodak moment.  Actually it kinda looks like Richard and Annabell.

Bald Eagles, either they really like it here or they can not fly because they had no overhead enclosure.

This black bear was HUGE, look at those mitts.

Bearded Dragon.  The first time the reptile exhibit has been open when Megan was there.

Of course we have had a problem keeping Alexandra with the group when ever there is any fine art exhibit. She will be in DC with Megan getting her Masters in Art.

Really scarey bears!

For 25 years I have tried to get the garage at home cleaned out, only 1 week on the road and he is already organizing the garage.
